Overview
Small Business AI Advisor is a free plugin that runs inside ChatGPT. It helps small-business owners assess possible AI uses and develop a pilot plan. It does not connect to the publisher’s servers, databases, email accounts, analytics systems or other outside apps.
What the publisher collects through the plugin
Julie Cella does not collect, receive, store, sell or use your ChatGPT conversations, business descriptions, assessment answers or generated action plans through this plugin. The plugin does not ask for an account, payment or contact information, and it has no external data connections.
ChatGPT and platform processing
When you use the plugin, you interact within ChatGPT. OpenAI may process and store your messages and related information under its own terms, privacy notices and your account settings. The publisher does not control those practices. Please review OpenAI’s current privacy policy and your ChatGPT data controls.
Information you choose to share
You may describe your business, processes, budgets and goals. Please do not submit customer or employee personal information, confidential documents, passwords, financial account numbers, protected health information or other sensitive records. Use anonymized or fictional examples where possible.
This website and the support form
This policy covers the plugin. The website juliecella.com is hosted by WordPress.com (Automattic Inc.), which may collect standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and cookies, and may provide the site owner with aggregate visitor statistics. See Automattic’s privacy policy for details.
If you contact support through the support page, the name, email address and message you enter are sent to Julie Cella and used only to respond to you and improve the plugin. They are not sold or shared for advertising. The plugin does not automatically send your ChatGPT conversations to the support form.
Children
The plugin is intended for business owners and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
